Submit within 3 hours. Documents must be uploaded no later than 3 hours after the client signs. Late submissions can delay payment.
Double-check every page. Ensure all required fields are filled, initials are complete, and no pages are missing before scanning.
Scan in good lighting. Use CamScanner or iScanner. Avoid shadows and blurry images — each page should be fully legible.
Mail originals same day. After uploading, mail the original signed documents via USPS and keep your tracking number.
Protect client privacy. Never share case details with third parties. Complete the Notary Code of Conduct before discussing any case.
Stay available. Remain reachable by phone or text with your agent until the entire appointment is confirmed complete.
